Free entry

Once a month The Sound Lounge show a film as part of their film club ‘Keep It Reel’. This week and for the next four subsequent months they are showing films by great directors.

On Saturday 21st at 7pm sharp they will be showing Alfred Hitchcock’s great film The Birds.

From a Daphne Du Maurier short story , Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds scratches and screeches at the fragile surface of our psychological insecurities. Why do we try to cage each other ? Or are we ultimately trapped in a Fruedian cage of our own. It`s not just the sleepy town of Bodega Bay that’s under attack: it’s us!!

Resolution:Possible will be joining The Sound Lounge to facilitate a discussion about themes addressed by the film and social consciousness.

About The Sound Lounge

The Sound Lounge - events

The Sound Lounge is a social enterprise using music to bring London communities together. They are a coffee bar, venue and recording studio and actively record and produce music, host festivals and events, deliver workshops and training, and partner with charitable bodies on community projects to improve people’s lives by working with those who suffer from disadvantage for whatever reason. The community is invited to come and spend time in  their coffee bar space from morning until evening 7 days a week.

Thank you to The Sound Lounge for inviting us to be part of next week’s Keep It Reel Film Club.
