How is the Peace, Recovery and Development Plan for northern Uganda going? Not well. The UN has officially pulled out yet people are still living in displacement camps, despite government reports suggesting otherwise. According to the UN themselves, there are still 30 000 people living in what remains of the displacement camps today.
